As an Endometriosis Dietitian, I combine evidence-based strategies with real-world understanding to help you thrive, not just survive. However, it is important to note that diet can NOT cure your endometriosis and many people will still have bad flare up days even when they ace their nutrition. My goal is to empower you with the current evidence so you can then make educated decisions regarding your diet and lifestyle and fill your toolbox with strategies to manage those pesky endo symptoms when they do come knocking.
