APPOINTMENT TYPE: How you can work with us Enquiry Call: This FREE 15 minute enquiry call is designed to help us get to know each other better, so we can make sure we are the best fit for you. We will chat about your goals and what you are hoping to get out of working with a dietitian. I will answer any questions you may have and will discuss what services I feel will be the best fit for you moving forward. This is NOT a nutrition consultation and I will not be able to answer any specific nutrition questions during this call. Initial Appointment: Our initial consultation involves a thorough assessment of your health goals, health history, diet, and other lifestyle factors. Select a time that suits you for a 60-90 minute zoom call where we will collaborate with you to create a personalised nutrition plan that may include lifestyle, dietary and/or supplementation strategies. Following this session we will email your appointment summary and ongoing treatment plan. Follow Up Appointment: Seen one of our dietitians before? Want some more support or have some questions that you would like answered? This appointment is for clients who have already had an initial consultation with one of our dietitians. In this follow up 30 minute zoom consult, we will provide ongoing support and guidance to help you stay on track and identify any barriers that may have prevented you from reaching your health and nutrition goals. Prenatal Supplement Consult: Feeling overwhelmed with prenatal supplements? Want to ensure that you are meeting your specific nutrient needs for you and your future baby? Then our 30 minute prenatal supplement consultation is the perfect option for you! In this zoom session, we will discuss your medical history, diet, supplements and pathology and use this to create your customised supplement plan.
